How to handle fears ?
Fear can also be triggered by the unknown or uncertainty: fear of not having enough money, fear of deteriorating relationships, fear of people looking down on you, and fear of losing health. If a person is already impoverished, he or she may be angry or frustrated, but not fearful. When someone has already ended a relationship, he or she is likely to be sad and angry, but not afraid. Fear arises in our minds when we do not know what will happen or how we will react in the face of unpleasant or uncomfortable circumstances.
Let us never forget that life is all about experience. We gain something and lose something along the way in this journey. It is unimportant whether we gain or lose something. The true value of this journey is the experience. When we leave the physical world, we don't seem to care what we take with us. Money, fame, titles, and all of our possessions do not. But memory, the feeling of every step of the journey, learning from everything we did, and love all do. So, let us enjoy every moment of our lives. Feel it from the bottom of our hearts. We try to give love whenever possible. In the end, the spirit and energy will live on through love and memories.
